How to do a spiritual run

Runners who run in a race have a goal in mind, and to reach that goal, they keep looking forward, not backward.

Runners never turn their heads backward because they want to keep moving forward. They know that their bodies will go in the same direction as to where the head is facing. And they are determined to reach the goal and win the prize.
