Who’s Your Daddy?
As Saul watched David going out to meet the Philistine, he said to Abner, commander of the army, “Abner, whose son is that young man?” Abner replied, “As surely as you live, Your Majesty, I don’t know.” The king said, “Find out whose son this young man is.” (1 Samuel 17:56, NIV)
This scripture struck a chord…
People indeed watch and research about us, based on what we do either good or bad. The implication of this as a Christian is that, when we do outstanding things for example, non-believers are drawn to us and the power behind us. This curiosity, could lead them to seek God for themselves. They could say;
“If the God she serves helps her to do amazing things, he might be worth seeking”
Unfortunately, people can also think otherwise, when we misbehave.
