Isle of Man welcomes ICOs

Isle of Man opens door. The self-governing, crown dependency island is opening the doors for those who are looking for initial coin offering (ICO). As Coindesk reports, Brian Donegan, head of fintech and digital development of the Isle of Man’s Department of Economic Development, said that British Crown dependency has created a regulation allowing token sale with compliant with anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations. Donegan noted that the poınt is the significant opportunity for governments that are early movers to create accommodative environments for ICO organizers. Isle of Man has already moved the issue to the agenda in 2014.
