Hyperledger has been gaining a lot of popularity in the market for its ability to build a network with the decentralized distributed ledger. This gives businesses a trustworthy platform to battle with third-party centralized authorities holding their secret information and potential disputes between enterprises.

KompiTech has been trying to solve those issues globally, by developing and introducing a platform called MANBLOCK. MANBLOCK is an automated and fully scaled managed Hyperledger Fabric blockchain for everyone — with Sawtooth and other Hyperledger projects coming soon. This platform runs on Kubernetes based on the Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE) and even provides the ability to join external, on-premises Hyperledger infrastructure. The platform also provides an easy-to-use fully managed Hyperledger Fabric resources, and that interfaces to efficiently build blockchain applications on top of it. To simplify development, KompiTech also provides consultancy and training to help companies with app to blockchain integration.

Finally, on top of this platform, you can develop and run your Hyperledger Fabric application. We have been developing a Hyperledger Fabric ITSM application, called BLITS, which enables your IT department and IT service providers to efficiently deliver services to end customers. BLITS guarantees data integrity, it can be used to track and audit an information of any service agreement that gives total transparency of the service being provided. You can integrate BLITS with the existing ITSM legacy system such as ServiceNow, ManagedEngine, etc., with the blockchain acting as the single source of truth. This means that companies do not need to dump existing ITSM system as data can be inputted in ServiceNow for instance and it will be stored on the blockchain.
