Meet The New ‘Spider-Man’ Andrew Garfield

Sony pictures has finally announced the new actor to play the dual role of Spider-Man and his soft spoken alter ego Peter Parker. The young American and half Brit actor Andrew Garfield will don the red and blue tights in the production set to begin shooting later this year for a 2012 release. Many of you may recall Andrews in his most recent major film release The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, where he played the elfish sidekick in the traveling circus of illusions. American audiences will have a chance to see the young actor much sooner than 2012, as he will be starring in the upcoming Facebook biopic The Social Network.
