Konjure at World Crypto Con 2018
This past week a few of the Konjure team members drove down to Las Vegas for World Crypto Con. It turned out to be one of the most exciting events we’ve attended all year, so there’s a lot to show!
We began by checking into the Tropicana Las Vegas, which was just a few minute walk from the Aria Resort & Casino, where the event took place.
After a good night’s sleep we headed over to the Aria for day 1 of World Crypto Con.
Day 1:
We met up with our friends and partners from shelterDAO, Alberto and Jess.
After a lot of networking we left the Aria and went to Poker Go, where there was a Bitcoin poker tournament taking place. We had the opportunity to meet with Brock Pierce, Charlie Lee, and many more influential people in the cryptocurrency space.
Night #1 was a special event, as it was the 10 year anniversary for Bitcoin. There was a big party with costumes, Bitcoin cakes, drinks, and more!
Day 2:
After an eventful day 1, we were up bright and early to see what was in store for day 2. Up first was a keynote speech from Tim and Adam Draper.
Following this, our advisor Danny had the chance to speak with Tim about Konjure and what we’re building.
Later in the day, we met up with our partners ThreeBx at their booth.
World Crypto Con was one of our favorite events we’ve been to. We made new connections, opened new opportunities, and continued to spread the word of Konjure and how our technology can change the world.
