Dear Konkrete stakeholders,

We hope that you’re keeping safe in these challenging times.

Whilst covid has upended many industries, and real estate development financing is no exception, we have been fortunate as a tech company to be able to continue making good progress on our technology development over the past few months.

Whilst you can read all of our development and business updates on our medium (medium.com/konkrete), I have provided a summary of some key milestones below:

Konkrete Tokenisation Module Complete

Our tokenisation module is now complete. You can find it here at

What this means is that we can now take an asset, whether it be a real estate mortgage, a basket of shares, deeds to a car etc, and represent those assets as ERC-20 tokens.

You can view some of the assets we have tokenised by going to www.konkrete.io and scrolling down to the assets section.

However, whilst being able to tokenise assets is all good and well, it is only a means to an end, which leads us to the work we’re doing to add crypto functionality to our registry.

Registry Tech Updates & Partnerships

Our Konkrete registry continues to be refined over time and new functionality is being added each day via client led recommendations.

We recently completed an implementation for one of Australia’s property groups, as well as a fund manager on Collins Street. They are both running instances of our whitelabel registry product to onboard and manage their investors.

Going forward

We are investigating bringing on a BD resource, whether in house or via a partnership with one of our partners, STAX exchange, to get more registry clients.

There is also an opportunity in the business registration + tokenisation service which we are currently doing due dilligence on. We currently already possess the necessary pieces in terms of technology and business knowledge to make this happen and are currently assessing the market suitability of this new product.

Keep safe.

Kind Regards,

Sean Qian
