Konnect Unveils “Konnect-Shilla Platinum NFT Card” for Affiliated Membership of Shilla Duty Free Shop

The Konnect Team is proud to announce its first membership-utility card, the ‘Konnect X Shilla Platinum NFT Card’, which was unveiled during Korea Blockchain Week (KBW2022). KBW2022 is Asia’s largest blockchain conference and will be attended by world-class blockchain celebrities, such as Ethereum-founder Vitalik Buterin.
Konnect participated in the KBW2022 event, which began on August 7th. The membership card was unveiled at the Shilla Hotel Reception Hall on August 10th to event attendees and members.
Konnect’s motto is “Connecting Virtual and Reality”. Its objective is to build an ecosystem connected to the metaverse using blockchain technologies — such as digital assets and NFTs — and business infrastructure built in the real world. Konnect’s infrastructure can provide direct, real-world benefits to members through global distribution, travel, and tourism industries. It is stepping up its efforts to grow its membership subscribers, focusing on and promoting its unique capabilities.
Konnect X Shilla Card
Konnect is demonstrating their mission to link real and virtual assets and show their strengths at KBW2022. The ‘Konnect X Shilla Duty Free Membership Utility Card’ (hereafter referred to as the ‘Konnect Shilla Card’) is a physical card that will be provided to subscribed members and Konnect Seoul ‘VIP’ dinner event participants. As soon as recipients receive their card, they can immediately enjoy the benefits of the Konnect ecosystem, ‘VIP’ benefits of the Shilla Duty Free store, and use it as an NFT.

Unlike other existing PFP NFTs which only provide the value of the NFTs themselves, Konnect’s Duman — which will focus on booth promotion and various events during KBW2022–offers actual benefits such as additional discount rates and membership benefits. Membership subscribers receive additional discounts just by having Duman PFP NFT, and the benefits are doubled according to loyalty, providing practical benefits to NFT holders and stimulating collection desire, attracting the attention of many projects.
Konnect World
Konnect is continuing to develop its own world, “Konnect World,” and expand into the metaverse ecosystem. Konnect is set to mint their first exclusive Profile NFT (PFP NFT), Duman NFT, in August. Unlike other existing PFP NFTs which only provide the virtual value of the NFTs themselves, Konect’s Duman NFT — which will be featured in booth promotions and various other events during KBW2022–offers real-world benefits. These benefits include discount rates and other membership benefits through Konnect and its partners.
Membership holders receive additional discounts just by having Duman PFP NFT, and the benefits can be doubled according to loyalty and further ownership and participation.
