Price Comparison for Tealight Candle Making
For my next candle project.
I’ve been thinking of giving handmade candles for my son’s birthday party to the guests. And, personally tin cases are the best for its purpose. It is a small, and usable candle for everyone.
Requirement for my use is:
- 48 Cases of 4 oz. deep round tin with lid
- Dimensions: 2.5" diameter; 1.75" tall (2–1/2" x 1–5/8")
- 100% steel, possibly made in USA, rust resistance (possibly)
- Holds 3 oz. of wax (approximately)
- Free shipping and/or 2–3 day shipping available

The problem is, the tin cases can get super expensive when I add shipping costs. I only chose to list price under $56.
Maybe your location get closer than other website, you might just want to check out local stores for better price.
And I thought I am pretty much done searching for tin cases, then I found this one! This cans look great but too expensive for now to invest my money in.

Hmm I should add 1 lb of soy wax 464 then see if it’s free or less shipping for me.
Price of shipping is a lot to handle. It’s too much!
I think I will choose Amazon for free shipping benefit, but maybe next time I will search for better deals on essential oils and soy waxes.
