Short-term Trading Strategies For Newcomers

When referring to medium-term trending strategies, we often associate long-term EMAs with 50 to 100 or 200. So are short-term EMAs effective?

The chart is a short-term trading strategy with below 10 EMA.

Indicator of the strategy

Including only two short EMAs:
EMA 5
EMA 8
Also you do not need any more indicators or pricing models to trade with this strategy. Very simple.

In / out command rules

Command rules for both Long and Short:

You just have to wait for 2 crossing intersections. After the intersection there will be 2 cases, EMA5 is lower than EMA 8 then you will enter the sell order. Conversely, if the EMA 5 is higher than the EMA 8 then you can go buy.

Here are the exit rules:
You will exit the order when 2 EMA intersect again. Or SL as soon as the next candle higher than the candle on the order (for short), lower than the candle on the (long).

This strategy works only on D1.

Evaluating

Simply the greatest advantage of this strategy. This is one of the simplest strategies I have ever known. Of course, because of its basic nature, you can completely add other analytical elements that you feel are necessary.
