Operations Manager (₹20,000 — ₹25,000)
Required: Few years of experience in managing operations. Desire to be an inspirational manager. Ability to keep things moving, complete projects on time, learn from mistakes, improve company efficiency, nurture a fantastic team, and create a hardworking + fun company culture. Fluency in English & Tamil a must.
Tech Lead for Mobile App (₹15,000 — ₹20,000)
Required: 1–2 years experience in mobile development; work experience with Android SDK & Google Play Store. Will lead the team developing a Tamil mobile app for farmers. Passionate about mastering programming, solving technical challenges, creating beautiful applications, and building user-friendly interfaces.
Mobile App Developer (₹8,000 — ₹10,000)
Entry level position. For freshers interested in developing a Tamil mobile app for farmers. Curiosity and drive to learn new technologies, problem solving, full stack programming, and user interface design. Self starter and learner. Knowledge of Android SDK.
Communications & Marketing Associate (₹8,000 — ₹10,000)
Entry level position. For freshers with excellent Tamil and good English writing skills. Photography, videography, social media, and visual communication skills a plus. Knowledge of (or willing to learn about) farm sector, organic agriculture, and rural livelihoods. Need to submit sample writing portfolio.
