It’s a popular view that all art is political. Even if you disagree with that sentiment, many believe that art consists, at least in part, of a series of choices, many of which are in conversation with politics, or have political ramifications.

Insofar as you are able to consider both independently, to what extent are the political choices (whether that’s the intended audience of your art, the content itself, or a litany of other elements) of your art reflective of your own personal politics? Do you make activist art, or agitprop? Do you attend protests but remain (in a certain sense) apolitical within the realm of your work, or vice versa?
