As Africa’s first NFT Marketplace, Hashgreed has expanded the appplication of NFTs, pioneering Real Estate NFTs at scale in partnership with its Kross Blockchain and high profile Real Estate Developers such as KABANA Realty, Sujimoto Construction Limited and several others. Hashgreed now has over $40 million worth of assets for tokenization and fractionalization as NFTs.
Hashgreed also introduced Airtime/Data NFTs and Electricity NFTs which are the first of their kind in the blockchain, crypto and NFT space. Users can top up their electricity meters and phone airtime/data by purchasing the NFTs on Hashgreed and sending relevant info to support@hashpawa.com to be soon credited with the data and electricity points. They also will earn 30.3% bonus after 12 months on each NFT purchase.
Hashgreed has also upgraded its auction smart contract to include the ‘Expedite’ function. Now, creators and merchants can create 365 days duration auctions and yet still expedite a bided auction to end in 1 minute by just signing the expedite transaction. This makes the Auction smart contract a hybrid of English style auction and Fixed price sale.
Hashgreed’s 10 person developer and design team is on course to release 2 new design modes of Africa’s Premier NFT marketplace. These modes will be switchable from one to the other for the enjoyment and satisfaction of our esteemed hashgreedians.
HASH is the new CASH. HASH is equivalent to the Nigerian Naira on Hashgreed and serves as our Naira stable coin. Several stable coins of other thriving African countries will be launched on Hashgreed in the coming weeks.
