Biweekly Dev Update — 20220622
Hey — we’re back again with another dev update. Over the past two weeks, we have been focusing on improving the user experience.
Under the hood, we did a bunch of performance optimizations that improve responsiveness and reduce power usage. In particular, you should notice smoother user interface scrolling, and faster NFT and token data load times.
We also cleaned up some of our internal code regarding the Explorer. The DApp browser now launches automatically every time you are redirected to a webpage. Want to clear your browsing data? You now have the option to clear all cookies in the DApp browser.
We continue to add customizable options to our app so you can use it the way that best suits you. In Settings, you can now choose whether you want to keep the floating browser bubble. Also in Settings, you can now choose whether to factor in your NFTs when calculating your total balance. Note that even when enabled, NFTs under a certain transaction volume are automatically filtered, preventing items with high artificial prices but low liquidity from falsely inflating your portfolio balance.
We want to hear what you think about the user experience of our app. KryptoGO is currently conducting a survey seeking your feedback on different use cases and your experience with using our product. Our product developers will read all your feedback and design accordingly as we move forward, so we encourage everyone to fill out the survey for your opinions to be heard!
Let us know what you think. Here is the link to the survey: https://kryptogo.page.link/rJPt
