On January 25th, China Xiong’an Group released the “Tender Notice for Survey and Design of Rongcheng County Landfill Project”. The project investment is estimated to be 100 million yuan, and the survey and design service period is 40 days.
According to the announcement, the Rongcheng County Landfill is located in the former site of Mazhuang Brick Kiln, 4 km east of the urban area. The temporary storage site is located in the abandoned pit pond in the northwest of Hanzhuang Village, Zhanggang Township, Xiong County. The bidding scope includes oxygen aeration and temporary storage point anti-seepage system. Leachate transportation and treatment, screening of stale garbage, etc. The content of the project needs to fully consider the requirements of digitization and intelligence. Based on big data and blockchain, the building information model (BIM) data generated in the whole process needs to be connected to the new district city information model (CIM) management platform and passed. The blockchain fund management platform carries out the whole process fund management of the project.
The announcement shows that the project owner is China Xiong’an Group Ecological Construction Investment Co., Ltd. The construction fund comes from government investment. The tenderee is China Xiong’an Group Ecological Construction Investment Co., Ltd., and the bidding agency is Sinochem Business Co., Ltd. The deadline for submitting bid documents (bid deadline) is 9:30 on February 26, and the location is the Rongcheng County Public Resource Trading Center.
