Using blockchain to solve the supply and demand scenario of masks
Therefore, we must make sure that you can get the right amount of masks when you do n’t have enough masks and that everyone is in danger. A solution like this can also be used to solve the problem of why the people of Wuhan have never been able to obtain external emergency medical resources.
A solution that uses technology to get a win-win situation for government, access, and donors
After people have real-name authentication on the blockchain, they can purchase mask tokens through private keys. Through smart contracts, everyone can buy a limited amount, and everyone is fair, no one can overbuy.
After people spend money to buy a mask token, they can go to various channels to exchange one token for one mask. The channels which get the tokens, they can exchange money from the government or give the tokens to the person who donated the mask.
If we can directly use the blockchain and make our mask information transparent and traceable, countries around the world will be able to believe that these donated masks are really effective in reducing the epidemic.
Ways people buy masks
1. Real-name authentication on the blockchain directly through the mobile app. (Provide ID information, etc.)

(1.2) If it still does not work, go to the Household Registration Office for registration.

2. Use your phone’s In-App Purchase to purchase mask tokens
(2.1) When there are masks coming in, the government updates them through Smart Contract, and Smart Contract will automatically update the quantity that everyone can buy. The amount of tokens purchased by each person cannot exceed the upper limit. The other mask token has a unique serial number, and each physical mask will have a unique number.

Those who are willing to accept a contract to help with work can have a mask token as an additional bonus. Then people who work in exchange for mask tokens are open so that they can sell tokens directly to some richer ethnic groups. For example, consumers abroad, or people of higher income class who value life safety. Or leave it to themself.
