Lu Xin Ke cited three examples. When citizens need to conduct online transactions with a company, if they need to be certified, they can obtain it through the Taipei City Certification System. To put it simply, if we buy tobacco and alcohol on the e-commerce platform today, we may be able to confirm that the purchaser is over 18 years old on the virtual platform through the blockchain certification method.
