Four KU Business alumni named Endowment trustees
Four graduates of the KU School of Business were elected to the KU Endowment Board of Trustees in fall of 2023 at the group’s annual meeting.
The new trustees included:
Stephonn Alcorn, who graduated from KU in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. Alcorn helped launch the school’s Summer Venture in Business program while serving as KU’s student body president. He now lives in New York City and is a vice president at the Blackstone Group managing investments in affordable housing.
William Humphrey II (Trey), who graduated from KU in 1987 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He and his family live in Mission Hills, Kansas. Humphrey is chief legal officer at Lockton, leading a global legal team.
Allison Long, who graduated from KU in 1985. Long, who lives in Lawrence, is a CPA and serves as senior vice president for administration, chief operating officer and secretary at KU Endowment.
Winifred Pinet, who earned her MBA from KU in 1982. She lives in Plymouth, Michigan, and is president and CEO of Sycamore Associates. Pinet is co-chair of KU’s College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Advisory board and previously served on the School of Business Dean’s Advisory Board.
