KubOS SDK v0.1.1

Starting in this release we are working documentation and quality improvements into our development process, improving the experience for our users.

Highlights from this release include:

• A new Getting Started Guide for creating your first project with new example applications
• Command line documentation for the kubos command
• A module development guide for creating new modules with the kubos/yotta module system
• New unit test suites for our various HAL implementations and the SDK itself
• Misc bug fixes
