KubOS SDK v0.1.4

In this release we’ve added SD card support over SPI to the MSP430 family of hardware and a new example. Here’s the release notes:

• KUBOS-81 Implemented FatFs SPI SD support (Current MSP430 only)
• A new example using the FatFs SPI SD interface
