Update Regarding Some Pool-X Products

Due to the low APR of on-chain rewards, Pool-X will make the following adjustments at 14:00:00 on August 6, 2021 (UTC):

1. The NRG Flexible Term and ENQ Flexible Term will be temporarily suspended until further notice.

2. The APR of the following projects will be adjusted according to the actual on-chain APR.
