Kuende Tech S01 E04: Summer Vibe
The past month has been crazy busy, but we can’t complain and the results speak for themselves. The 4.0.0 update brings you a better (and faster) user experience, with a fresh interface and improved Kstick performance.
We’ve heard your feedback loud and clear and ditched the lobby, replacing it with an easy to use dashboard that gives you access to everything. Here’s a sneak peek into the new navigation style:
Meet the new Kstick
Your Kuende guide, redesigned! Use it to swipe up for quick access to the dashboard and swipe left or right to easily navigate between tabs. You can also swipe directly towards the module you want to go to without having to swipe up to access the dashboard. We have introduced haptic feedback (with tactic engine support on iOS) to dashboard icons so you’ll know once a module has been selected.
This one is our favorite: when you want to create a new post or Challenge — simply tap on the Kstick ;).
The notifications bar has been removed as well! Red waves around the Kstick will now indicate new notifications. Just swipe up to access the dashboard and check them out!
Kpoints & KUE In The Spotlight
Your activity on the platform is rewarded with Kpoints and most features require you to use the Kpoints earned so you can think of them as for Kuende’s digital currency. Apart from the daily bonus, you get Kpoints each time you unlock a new Achievement and when you Create or Participate in Challenges.
Challenge creation requires you to spend 50 Kpoints. When it comes to Voting a Challenge, you will need to stake KUE Tokens that you can either claim from the Kshop using your Kpoints (only 9,607,125 KUE left to claim) or buy from the exchanges (Sistemkoin, Bancor). Soon, you will be able to buy KUE directly on the platform using your credit/debit card.
We are also happy to announce that a few weeks back, one of our users created the first Challenge with over 1,000,000 staked KUE. Needless to say, the Challenges Framework has become the most used feature on Kuende.
Smooth Sign-Up Process
On the new Kuende app, you will be able to sign-up with your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or Gmail account.
You are still able to see the content without having an account but to really benefit from all the features, you do need to have a profile — and it has become easier than ever to create one.
Fresh Tutorials
We’ve changed the app quite a bit, so we’re here to guide our users and ensure they quickly become comfortable with the new design. We also know how annoying tutorials can be, so we have included just a few, to make sure you are aware of all Kuende’s features.
Destination: Cosmos
Last but not least, we are soon to be finishing building the Kuende blockchain in the Cosmos Network. We will announce everyone when that time arrives as there will be an atomic swap.
