Decentralized Exchange Approved by the SEC
Thai SEC and Ministry of Finance approved a license to operate digital asset business for “Satoshi Co., Ltd.” under the KULAP brand(Reference: SEC.OR.TH). Generally, This is the world’s first decentralized exchange that has been officially licensed. After KULAP received the license, SEC is preparing to audit KULAP local office and official website.
KULAP is a decentralized exchange provider using blockchain technology and operates under official supervision that gives trust and confidence for users.
Principally, the advantage of a decentralized exchange platform is that platform provider does not hold client’s assets. Users merely connect to their digital wallet, and they can access digital assets or trading services immediately.
