Elevate Your Dinner Caught in Signora Pasta
Italian warm hospitality is one sentence that can describe this place, Signora Pasta. The place is in old Italian-style buildings that make us feel like moving to ancient Italy. Located on the side of a Kupang Indah with its various streams of street food, Signora comes with its own uniqueness to present a particular Italian concept, yet still acquainted with our local citizens.
For this Dish N’ Dash session, we headed to Signora Pasta to try some Italian food that provides a variety of food signatures. We ordered 4 menus, Spaghetti Aglio E Olio, Ravioli, Rigatoni alla Boscaiola, and Gnocchi al Pomodoro. Let me break the words for every menu one by one, starting with the fabulous spaghetti Aglio E Olio, this is one of the menus made to suit our Javanese palate, we can’t agree more, this one is the true delicacy.
The next ravioli was the first dish that I wanted to try from this brasserie. From what I saw on the internet how delicious ravioli is, but unfortunately, this place was not so good. The Gnocchi is an order by my friend, Gnocchi is a smashed potato processed around small or resembling pasta and doused in bolognese sauce. The first taste that comes out is sweet sour, and it’s good for those who’ve never tried this food like me.
And the last order is Rigatoni alla Boscaiola. I personally picked just because of what I saw on the book menu. Honestly, we need a delightful and stunning picture just for the sake of content. So, I chose rigatoni that looks a lot more colourful over other foods. Turns out it has become my favourite! Pasta with mushrooms, smoked beef, and peas mixed with a sauce that tastes creamy, snug and savoury leaves me with no regrets all the way here.
It’s a whole package to try this new experience, might come to seek another menu. Overall I highly recommend it to those of you who are looking for a new atmosphere in this town. Being a place to have dinner with your closest friends, spouse, or family is also a good idea. Try to come at night and see live music guided by Italian singers accompanying your dinner.
