Swae aims to revolutionize organisational decision-making with its inclusive, collective intelligence tool. The underlying idea is that the top-down tradition of decision-making is not the most efficient and Swae aims to empower all members of an organisation to generate ideas and grow together. The product is a collaborative platform where members of an organisation can create and vote on proposals. These are then reviewed by management for implementation.

Mission

Kuma Studio was contacted by Swae founder, Soushiant Zanganehpour, to design both the UX and UI of the Swae web app. We also worked on the product management aspect with TechPearl, who where responsible for back- and front-end engineering.

Result

We conceived, designed and built a web app that is now being used by Etihad Airways, Médecins Sans Frontières and the city of Mexico for pilot programs.
