Introducing Slashing Proofoor

Introducing EIP-4788, which allows proving consensus layer information inside the EVM, enabling contracts to verify proofs against historic beacon block roots. Implementation details include adding a parent_beacon_block_root field to execution block headers and utilizing a smart contract to store beacon block roots. With this setup, proofs for various beacon block elements become possible, including validator balances, withdrawals, and sync committees. The functionality of Slashing Proofoor leverages EIP-4788 to prove that a specified validator hasn’t been slashed, particularly useful for applications needing such information within the EVM. Solidity contracts are provided for verifying non-slashing proofs of validators using Merkle proofs, ensuring trustless verification of validator slashing status within the Ethereum ecosystem.
