It’s a balmy afternoon in Brentwood, CA, and I’m perched on a plush velvet couch, watching Kenneth W. Welch Jr. pace excitedly across a studio floor. The space buzzes, with an energy, that’s part rock concert, part TED talk, and entirely unlike any television concept, I’ve ever seen, or watched… being prepped for, or being arranged for taping.

“This isn’t just a show,” Kenneth tells me, his eyes alight with a passion that’s downright contagious. “It’s a movement, a movement toward a better world for tomorrow, one that brings a brighter future to not only our kids but their kids and so on!” He adds, “a show that brings forth a light on the truth of many untapped topics with a passion for understanding and change!”

I’m here for a behind-the-scenes peek at “Spilling Tea with Kiki,” the talk show that’s got Hollywood insiders whispering and social media mavens tweeting up a storm. Set to premiere this March, it promises to be the antidote to cookie-cutter celebrity interviews and polished PR spiels.

As I watch a rehearsal unfold, it becomes clear that “Spilling Tea with Kiki” is anything but your average gossip or controversial talk show, it’s a show about truth. Co-Hosted by Kenneth W. Welch Jr. and Hosted by Keri Ann Kimball, a Hollywood veteran, with a Rolodex that could make many shows, like TMZ jealous, is chatting with a young woman, I vaguely recognize, but has a special sparkle, I noticed from my TikTok feed. The conversation flows naturally, from songwriting to social justice, punctuated by impromptu bouts, of laughter, and at one point, a spontaneous duet, when the room all started to sing along with her.

The woman singing… “Is Jade Million,” Kenneth tells me, during a break. “I discovered her on TikTok! You know, that ‘New Social Media Platform’, taking all the heat and controversy, because it’s changing the face of social media, and independent marketing. “That Girl’s Got Pipes” he goes on to say, “that could rival nearly anyone… and a story, that’ll break your heart, and piece it back together!”

Kenneth as it turns out, is somewhat, of a talent whisperer. As CEO of Moxie Media Marketing, Inc. (MMM) during his day hours… spends many of his nights, trawling TikTok Live, hunting for diamonds in the rough, for his marketing company. “It’s like panning for gold,” he grins. “Except the gold sings, and occasionally does backflips, shares human interest, or cooking insights, homemade variety, or nearly any type of show you can imagine.”

In conjunction with his leadership in MMM, Kenneth leads Global’s Corporate Machine (GCM), of which Moxie is an integral element, providing all aspects of a worldwide vision for branding, with excellence aimed at infrastructure, media, and entertainment. Global’s Corporate Machine, a specially designed group of companies, is aligned with a purpose, to initiate a powerful growing vision, of New Earth’s, bright, “up-and-coming” future! Each company of the Machine has a tailored purpose, unique to their respective roles, for the implementation of the overall, infrastructural fabric, being revised currently, by today’s society.

It is in this regard, that Moxie is the communicator, on behalf of the GCM Machine, and Moxie projects and ventures, such as the “Spilling Tea with Kiki” show, are just one of many platforms, developed and utilized by Moxie, to promote the overall GCM vision.

Kenneth’s enthusiasm is infectious, and I find myself nodding along, as he outlines this vision. “We’re living in an age of authenticity,” he says. “People are tired of the smoke and mirrors. They want real stories, real emotions, real connections, they want to feel and participate, in the World around them, and watch truth unveil itself, in real shows… of substance.”

Welch’s, collective effort, of all the companies involved, in Global’s Corporate Machine, embodies numerous stories and projects, that need to be told, from charitable support of foundations, to promoting awareness of emotional and mental challenges, such as the prevention of suicide!

Further philanthropic efforts, include embedding classical education facilities, in surrounding communities, such as one of their current projects in Liberia!

In addition, GCM offers larger more advanced developments, aimed at developing entire nations with, water and power, backed by their new, alternative innovations, such as their, onshore-based wave energy systems… designed for grid-scale energy output, expanding commercial growth!

GCM doesn’t stop there, they also offer specialized efforts, like bringing to light, something from our distant past, such as commissioning artwork, and sculptured renditions, by private foundations such as the WSDC Foundation, which is currently working with “Support our Soldiers Foundation.Org, featuring the stories and monuments of our unsung… war heroes! Other philanthropic and charity efforts undertaken by the WSDC Foundation include advocacy for the deaf, wildlife and animal protection, financial support to various schools, churches and food banks, youth development programs and community sports organizations, to name a few.

What these GCM initiatives, supported by Moxie Media Marketing and its CEO, Kenneth W. Welch Jr., have in common, is that they aim to share stories of hardship, and overcoming of pain, and healing, along with challenge and success. Welch reflects, “Goodness and kindness, along with the fruit they bear, in how we undertake our business direction, makes stories worthy of sharing, stories that need to be shared… no different than our projects, that mainly, support hope, for our children’s children!”

This is a philosophy that permeates every aspect of the GCM portfolio and has found its way into the spirit of the show. From the cozy, living room-like set, to the unscripted nature of the conversations, everything about “Spilling Tea with Kiki” is designed to foster genuine moments, saturated in truths, whether concerning personal struggles and onset of epiphanies, geopolitical events and the advent of solution focused, infrastructure technologies, or societal and industry circumstances, providing sustainable development solutions. Nothing is out of bounds, so long as the messages are founded on truth… and carry hope and light for a better life for tomorrow!

I witnessed one such genuine moment during my visit to the studio where “Spilling Tea with Kiki” is being recorded. As I watched, Jackie Wiatrowski, a former Vegas headliner with a voice that could melt butter, recounted her decision to turn down a major casino contract. One that would keep her going in the same direction! “I just couldn’t do it anymore,” she says, her voice thick with emotion. “The glitz, the pressure, the control to be someone I’m not… was just too much, I wanted to make music on my own terms. In an industry that has taken so much control, and leveraged human resources for profit and greed, I found it was time, for me to make a change, for myself, using all my acquired talents, and know-how! So, I set off, to reinvent myself, as an independent artist, composer, and producer!”

This content is raw, it’s real, and it’s riveting. I realize I’ve been holding my breath, and I’m not the only one. There are some in the industry, that feel, the same way, but are trapped by all of that glitz and glamor… and the money that supports it! I watched on as the entire crew was transfixed with the authenticity and sincerity of the stories being shared.

Another such riveting story, is one shared on set, by one of Moxie’s shareholders and board members, Mr. Steven W. Macmillan Keinath, concerning, the patriotic women, who served behind the scenes, of some of the most significant conflicts in US history. These true unsung heroes, who provided comfort and caring, to our soldiers, on the front lines, of two World Wars, were memorialized, in addition, to women heroes, during the Korean and Vietnam military operations, as well as all the women who served offered not only their service but some their lives.

Steve’s WSDC foundation, commissioned marble sculptures, commemorating these heroes, which he offered examples of, the artwork itself created these monuments, on air, enlightening, the “Spilling Tea with Kiki” audience, while sharing some of the heartfelt stories along with their traumatic experiences as well.

This, Kenneth tells me, is the magic of “Spilling Tea with Kiki.” It’s not just about celebrities spilling juicy gossip (although there’s plenty of that). It’s about creating a space where artists, philanthropists, inventors, activists, and change-makers can be vulnerable, where success is redefined, and where authenticity reigns supreme. A space where the truths of their motivation and origins of their passion, and the very passion itself can be freely expressed, in the context of their personal life experiences.

Kenneth surmises, “This level of authenticity will resonate with audiences and provide a launching point for the expression of world-changing ideas… the very seeds of a Movement!”

As the day winds down, I find myself in a corner of the studio, watching Kenneth and Keri Ann huddled in intense conversation. They’re planning the next level of Moxie’s promotion platform that will rehabilitate, if not revolutionize, the entertainment industry.

The concept is based upon a blend of communication and awareness raising crusade, messaging hope and solutions for sustainable change, with a concert series, where everything crossing the stage is an offshoot of the show, for example pairing established stars with emerging talent, to bring refreshing performances, interspersed with presentations on what this planet needs and how the audiences can take on their part in the mission.

“Imagine Mick Jagger jamming with that kid who went viral for yodeling in Walmart,” Kenneth muses. “That’s the kind of magic we’re after.” This effect, coupled with the building of a shared vision, together cultivating an atmosphere, of both motivation and mentorship, with an attitude of “can-do” accomplishment. An experience for the audience, that is as equally stimulating, as it is equipping.

Welch confesses, “It’s ambitious, it’s a little bit crazy, and it’s exactly the kind of shake-up that not just the entertainment industry, but society as a whole, needs. Artistic expression, in its many forms, but with true purpose and targeted outcomes, for the betterment of an entire planet, is something to celebrate, and amplify the imagination… of all involved!”

As I prepare to leave, Kenneth grabs my arm. “You know what we’re really doing here?” he asks, his voice low and intense. “We’re not just making a show. We’re building a community. A place where all creators, whether artists, activists, philanthropists or entrepreneurs, can be themselves, where stories can be shared without filters, and where audiences can connect with their passions and find an outlet and direction, in a whole new way.”

Walking out into the LA twilight, my head is spinning with everything I’ve seen and heard. One thing’s for certain: when “Spilling Tea with Kiki” hits screens this March, it’s going to do a lot more than just entertain. It’s going to start conversations, challenge perceptions, and just maybe, change the face of this World as we know it, one conversation at a time.

Trust me, this is one tea party you won’t want to miss. The kettle’s on, the tea is steeping, and come March, Kenneth W. Welch Jr. and his band of mold-breakers are serving up a brew that promises to be equal parts comforting and revolutionary. He pauses, then adds with a wink, “Plus, we make a damn good cup of tea, ‘LOL’!”

Don’t miss the premiere episode of “Spilling Tea with Kiki” on Saturday, March 22nd, at 11 PM PT on CNBC. With more inspiring stories and authentic conversations to come, this show promises to revolutionize how we think about entertainment, success, and artistic independence.
