Prosperity Gospel, Is a phrase often mouthed with contempt. It brings up images of mega churches, stories about pastor’s and jets, telecasts, and all other kinds evils. The basis for contempt is justified yet I think Christians who’s contempt brings about a gospel of poverty do a disservice to the goodness of the Gospel. The Gospel has no shade of prosperity or poverty, it is a simple call to salvation through submission.
