The Municipal Chief Executive for LaDMA, Mrs. Gladys Tsotsoo Mann-Dedey disclosed that the assembly has adopted four out of the five goals for the total growth of the municipality. She said these include building an all inclusive industrialized and resilient economy in line with the president Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo’s vision to crate equitable healthy and disciplined society as well as build safe and well planned communities while protecting the natural environment.

Mrs. Gladys Mann-Dedey, the MCE mentioned that the plan currently in use will end by the end of the year. She explained that it is for that reason a new plan is being constituted to drive the assembly’s annual action plans and annual budget estimates.

In response to a question, Mr. Davies Nii Amarh Ollennu the said the assembly has put in steps to partner with the private sector in the municipality to drive home the industrialization. He said for the assembly to realize this goal, it has to devise new ways of ensuring that it recoups all revenue to help in their development drive.
