We are a species obsessed with the idea of love. Social creatures at heart, we crave connection with others. And many of us crave that connection through meaningful, romantic relationships. In this fast-paced world, though, it’s hard to build a partnership that lasts. Swiping left and swiping right, we get caught up in a “grass is greener” mentality. What is slow dating?

Slow dating is a trending fresh approach to meeting new people. Rather than going in for that instant physical connection, you bond over things that actually mean something to you.
