What led you to become a product ops?
I’ve spent some time in another unicorn company on the operations team, during the time I was heavily involved in various projects to help optimize the performance of the team and also the org. As much as I admire the creativity I also think being structured and process-driven can be the key to solving many of the problems we see every day — the latter is often overlooked in young companies and over-emphasized in big corps. This role will help me discover the secret to finding the sweet spot and also learn more about how to build a world-class product.

What does a typical day look like?
Wake up > shower > commute +music/podcast > work > weights/cardio > awful cooking > read/youtube > sleep
*also planning my weekend and catching up with friends and families from time to time

Name three people or things you feel inspired when creating a product.
- My family and friends!
All conversations help me understand more about how people think about different issues. Always stay humble and listen more.

- Bear Grylls
Try hard, take risks, and enjoy life.

- Jeff Bezos
Be detail-oriented, be obsessed with your customers, and think big.

What would your self-portrait look like?
Me and friends sitting by the beach with no one completely sober.

Anything you want to promote or plug?
Stop consuming / trading shark fins, ivory, rhino horns, etc. We don’t need those.
Consume less, recycle more, do it for your grandson or someone else’s granddaughter.
