A deep dive into Lambomoon NFT Composition

NFT Composition is the soul of gameplay and has an important role in Lambomoon Metaverse.

This article provides an overview of NFT Composition and essential knowledge for new players to enter the game.

Before continue, we recommend you to read about story & basic gameplay first if you haven’t yet.

The core mechanism of NFT Composition is NFT Engineering, which is the process of building ( or minting ) new NFT items from input NFT resources. Player will need to get familiar with it to build NFT items and assets that necessary for joining the game.

Now, let’s take a deeper look into its role in gameplay.

PvE — Player vs Environment

Modes

There is only one mode : Land Battle

It is turn-based strategy game in which player choose unexplored land plots on Lambo planet and attack monsters living on it.

If victorious, players take ownership of land plot and immediately rewarded a small amount of LBM, then players can install Mining Machine to mine for LBM in their newly owned lands. Mining is the main way to earn LBM in the game over time.

NFT Prerequisite

In order to play in PvE Land Battle, player needs to have access to these NFT items

• Space Transporter or Mothership ( carrier spacecraft )
• Military

Space Transporter or Mothership

Players need one of these spacecrafts to carry military from Lambase stations to Lambo planet. Each of them has its own capacity and power that affect

• Number of military units to be carried
• Number of rounds players can spend in a day ( round is land battle session )

Players can select and carry any military unit they have to Lambo for land battle, as long as it fits their spacecrafts and tactic in battle.

Now things start to get interesting, because spacecrafts and militaries are not available in NFT public sale, therefore player must build them in NFT Engineering process, then use those NFTs in game or sell on market for profit.

It is not that simple though, because spacecraft and military NFT engineering requires player to have Lambase Stations as input, which is made of Building Material Module and Mechanical Material Module. But it still not enough, Lambase Station engineering process also require many other resources.

In summary, Lambase Station requires these resources precisely

• Lambomoon Land
• Construction Machine, which itself is built from
• — Construction Machine Blueprint
• — Mechanical Material Module
• — Worker
• — Engineer
• — LBM
• Building Material Module
• Mechanical Material Module
• Corresponding Lambase Station Blueprint
• Worker
• Engineer
• LBM

Now you get the idea. In order to play PvE game, you have 2 options

• Buy essential NFT resources and build everything from scratch yourself, until achieving all required NFT items ( assets ), then you can join the game.
• Or ask for other players to grant their assets to you, i.e. spacecrafts and militaries. You are the commander, but not the owner of military asset. In this case, how you are compensated and rewarded is upon your agreement with the owner.

PvP — Player vs Player

Modes

There are two modes

• Land Battle
• Spacecraft Dogfight

Land Battle is similar to PvE, the only different is you fight with other players rather than monsters controlled by game AI.

Spacecraft Dogfight is a 3rd/1st person view shooting game, in which you control Space Fighter and engage in space/air combat with other players.

NFT Prerequisite

In order to play in PvP Land Battle, player needs exactly what needed in PvE.

In PvP Spacecraft Dogfight, a new NFT spacecraft is introduced : Space Fighter, whose building process is similar to other spacecrafts.
