Lamden Dev Update — July 8th, 2019

Cilantro

• We added dynamic quorum that will enable us to scale RC Net dynamically up or down.
• We also finished our last sprint and are ready to release it as a new RC Net
• Working on error handling part of block production to handle gracefully different scenarios of failures conditions when new blocks are made.
• Refactors and testing on the DHT/p2p server system to simplify the code and add more unittests
• Worked on the testing infrastructure side so now we have a pretty robust method of creating async unittests for socket IO and networking

What’s Next?

This week we will continue refactoring the networking layer. We hope to have these refactors worked out by the end of the week!
