The Lamden team continues development at a quick pace, bringing us ever-closer to the reality of our suite of blockchain developer tools. Of course, our work does not end at the development of the Lamden suite. Rather, we are fully committed to facilitating its widespread acceptance and adoption. This means taking our time, money, and effort to get the tools into the hands of developers and ensuring they know how to use them.
The post-developer-suite work is a monumentally important task that requires our full dedication in terms of time and resources. Therefore, we have decided to create a new branch of Lamden which will be specifically tasked with strategizing the adoption and further development of the Lamden suite: Lamden Labs.
Lamden Labs Explained
Lamden Labs will focus on a variety of different techniques to increase the quality of Lamden’s tools and the quantity of those relying on them. Its mission statement consists of three main goals:
- It will build and encourage others to build applications to be used on the Lamden platform.
- It will fund projects that will increase the use and adoption of Lamden and the Tau token.
- It will train developers to use the tools and have them compete in decentralized app building competitions, again for the purpose of furthering the Lamden platform and its adoption.
