Will we be still listening to human-made music in 5 years?

Think of a few words to compose your lyrics, and jot them down in www.riffusion.com, choose the type of music you would like to accompany your lyrics, and a few seconds later, you will be listening to a well-written song.

Currently, the number of words is limited to twenty and the application is free. Let us imagine that you can increase this limit to what you would normally find in a well-composed two-minute song.

Is it the end of human-made music? Is it the end of the musical industry?

I can imagine that in a few months if this length limit is increased, and I do not see any reason why that should not be possible, all of these AI-generated songs will join the endless list of AI-generated images and posts that spam the internet. Similarly to pictures, real ones will be indetectable from AI-generated ones. They will clutter Amazon Audio and Spotify.

Their quality will be so attuned to our needs that soon we will not want to listen to anything else than AI music.
