Longwood lands 3-star transfer

Late roster news for Longwood as former 3-star point guard and Northern Arizona transfer Mike Green has joined the Lancers.

The 5'10 Fort Lauderdale native played heavy minutes for the Lumberjacks posting 10.4 points, 2.5 assists, and 2.4 rebounds per game this past year.

Green has two years of eligibility left and will sit out the 2017–18 season due to NCAA transfer rules. He was considered a 3-star prospect coming out of high school and had interest from Florida Gulf Coast, George Mason, Mercer, FAU, Miami, Mississippi State, Florida State, Lipscomb, Houston, Georgia Southern, and Kennesaw State.
