Longwood turns focus to the Class of 2019

It’s July, which means Coach Griff will start to put together future classes and rosters for Longwood Basketball and the new staff has wasted no time with a flurry of news over the weekend.

Wooden is a 6'6 athletic wing from the Roanoke area and a member of the Class of 2019. The Northside High School product also has offers from Howard, Richmond, and new Big South rival Hampton.

With Longwood’s current roster makeup, the Lancers should have three open scholarships for the Class of 2019. Obviously that is always subject to change.
