For those that are looking to make a career change, follow the steps below.

To become a community manager in Web3, you will need to have a strong understanding of the Web3 ecosystem and the technologies that drive it, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with community members.

1️⃣ Learn about Web3. This includes understanding the basics of blockchain technology, decentralized applications, and cryptocurrencies. You should also be familiar with the different Web3 projects and communities that exist.

2️⃣ Gain experience in community management. This could involve volunteering to manage a social media community for a Web3 project, or working as a community manager for a non-Web3 company.

3️⃣ Build your network. Get to know people in the Web3 community, including other community managers, developers, and investors. Attend Web3 events and meetups, and connect with people on social media.

4️⃣ Create a portfolio. This could include examples of your work as a community manager, such as blog posts, social media posts, and community engagement initiatives.

5️⃣ Apply for Web3 community manager jobs. Once you have the necessary skills and experience, you can start applying for Web3 community manager jobs.
