Newspaper Production (18A,B,C,D)
Tower staff members report, photograph and use production skills to produce the campus newspaper, the Laney Tower. Staff members also post stories and video on thelaneytower.com. This class can be taken online. See class schedule for codes, days, times, and location.

Introduction to evaluating, gathering and writing news in accepted journalistic style.

Introduction to Journalism (55)
This course offers practical newspaper experience with a study of press history, media law, and ethics. All students will rite a newspaper feature story, which will be compiled in a magazine to be named and designed by class members.
