On Vacation
Language Talk is leaving on a jetplane, don’t know when it’ll be back again
After a long while with an open publication, I am closing it temporarily for new articles and new writers.
All existing articles can stay, all writers are still connected to the publication, but as I myself will be having a break from Medium, there will be nobody here to publish anything.
For how long?
Don’t know. I just feel that Medium has stopped working for me right now, in just about every way, so even though I most recently had no plans to leave the platform (like so many others are doing these days), I now want to put my focus somewhere else for a while.
In the meantime, think about me reading a bunch of historical novels in different languages, preparing for an exam in how to write such stuff — while I am also moving a couple of steps forward with my French skills.
And keep an eye on the publication for when it will open again.

I mean that! Many great writers and storytellers have put many great articles here in the Language Talk publication, and many great readers took part in making it a joy to be here.
