LAPO announces its integration with Stellar
After intensive research, training, and learning, we have decided to integrate Stellar into our platform. The first step of this integration consists of creating a representation of LAPO token in the Stellar Network.
Why Stellar?
We are both working on a common goal: Global financial inclusion.
As Stellar CEO said, “We can’t do it alone, and a network by its very nature requires many participants to create the links and connections to get the job done”.
We both envision a future where money is universally accessible and instantly exchangeable.
Stellar is one of the most notable platforms that has emerged to solve various problems in the financial services industry.
The protocol intends to assist in remittances, especially in developing economies, by providing a global network capable of hosting thousands of exchanges between currencies and tokens per second.
Stellar offers the lowest transactions fees, the fastest transactions time and simple and effective smart contracts, making it the best ally to help LAPO achieve its mission.
Stellar LAX
The Stellar integration will offer to LAX holders the possibility to convert their LAXs into Stellar LAXs.
What does it mean? The LAX holder will be able to move their native tokens from the LAPO Blockchain to the Stellar Blockchain.
In the following days, we will release a step-by-step guide to explain how to easily convert LAXs into Stellar LAXs.
Don’t panic! The LAPO Blockchain is still active and you can continue stacking and/or running your masternodes as usual ;-)
When exchange?
SOOOOOON! Having your token in the Stellar network allows you to trade it immediately using the distributed exchange functionality of the Stellar network. To take full advantage of this functionality, we suggest using stellarport.io.
We are finalizing the swapping mechanism so that you will be able to swap your tokens in mid/late July (2019 :-D).
