At LAPO BLOCKCHAIN we are building a decentralized financial ecosystem to facilitate the widespread adoption of digital currencies and foster financial inclusion. What a big challenge, isn’t it? Yes, it is and that is why the project is divided into three steps:
1. The LAPO coin. A stable cryptocurrency with an artificial intelligence algorithm that makes it less volatile.
2. The LAPO ePlatform. A set of financial tools with multicurrency wallet, payment processing in multiple cryptocurrencies and decentralized trading platform.
3. The LAPO eFinance. Financial services for crypto-asset that will offer Trading Platform that accepts FIAT and Credit Cards, loans in FIAT with cryptocurrencies as collateral and Credit/Debit Cards for daily purchases.

Where are we today?
We have made great strides in this long path. It is already a month that our very own Blockchain is live and in this period more than 28.000 LAPO wallets have been downloaded.
The KYC levels 2 and 3 were activated, thanks to our partner Authenteq, so now it is possible to do the full KYC to claim the LAX. We are finalizing the distribution of the coins purchased during the pre-sale period (ended on June 1).
Our ICO starts on July 15 and we are getting ready. A new version of our website will be released before the ICO with a better UX and a more readable (and cooler) Whitepaper, to make it easy for our contributors and users.
LAPO Latin-community
Cryptocurrencies have the potential to solve many problems faced by developing countries such as inflation and financial inclusion. By providing a stable and secure medium of exchange, we believe LAPO can significantly help the economies of those nations.
In order to raise awareness about LAPO in developing countries, we started the LAPO latin-community. We have welcomed new members who are committed to this mission and together we are working on strategies to help those who need it most.
One of them is Cristian Betancourt, a Venezuelan lawyer based in Chile, with more than 10 years of experience in the areas of Commercial, Administrative, Banking, Trade and Labor Law and with a very important professional Network in the Latin American Market.

In recent days we have also welcomed renowned professionals in the crypto-world as part of the LAPO family:
Quy is the most influential Blockchain lady in Europe, recognition she got during the BlockShow in Berlin. She has in-depth knowledge from database to machine learning, from high-performance computing to data processing, from big data to blockchain IT architecture. Quy helps us in the development of our artificial intelligence algorithm.
He supports the developing of the Blockchain ecosystem as General Secretary of Crypto World Zug Association in the Crypto Valley, Switzerland and he has successfully supported many ICOs projects. He has been in the finance and banking area for over eight years. Born in Uruguay, he knows first-hand the need for a stable crypto-payment solution for developing countries and that is why he is in charge of developing strategies for LAPO to become a solution for these nations.
Aleksi is an Entrepreneur as well as the Head of Region at BAC LLC. He has been involved in OTC stock and cryptocurrency markets for almost seven years; key areas of expertise being: project management, business development, growth strategies, and ICO development and strategy. Aleksis is the voice of LAPO in the Scandinavian market.
Road show
BlockShow Berlin. LAPO team joined the biggest Blockchain Event in Europe during May 28 and 29. We organized a private event to connect with key player of the Blockchain world.
LAPO meetup. On May 30, we explained the LAPO ecosystem to the Crypto Valley community in Zug, during an excited event organized by the Crypto World Zug Association. On the same day we also celebrate our 8K members in our Telegram group.
Lugano networking. During the ICOrace, we attended private events to connect with top level Blockchain companies.
Crypto World Conference. On June 12 and 13, our CEO Luiis Franceschi was one of the expert speakers. He was teaching about Token Economy. LAPO also offered an Aperó to connect with those people excited about the Blockchain revolution.
Crypto Valley Conference. Our CMO Mariyam Seguias explained the LAPO ecosystem during the event “talent meets business”.
Networking. We have attended different events in Zürich and Zug to share ideas about Blockchain innovation and spread the word of LAPO.
