LARUS Galileo XAI guest at two major international events

In the next nearly two weeks GALILEO XAI by LARUS will be guest of two of the most important international events. We chose to focus on promoting the Galileo XAI — Fraud Detection Vertical, one of the many apps available on top of its foundation.

The first step for LARUS will be on the 29–30 September in Santa Clara, California, where we’ll be present at the American Edition of the AI & BIG DATA EXPO.

The event, that because of the covid-19 situation will be already virtual, is an event for the ambitious enterprise technology professional, seeking to explore the latest innovations, implementations and strategies to drive businesses forward.

Moreover, the AI & Big Data Expo will showcase the most cutting-edge technologies from 250+ speakers sharing their unparalleled industry knowledge and real-life experiences. in the forms of solo presentations, expert panel discussions and in-depth fireside chats. On this occasion LARUS will take part during the first day of the conference with a talk together with our Partner Fujitsu. Our Chief Scientist Alberto De Lazzari and Kanjii Uchino — Senior Manager of Fujitsu Research of America will talk about Graph-AI to Combat Fraud in the Fintech sector: we will show a demo of the product and we will demonstrate how frauds can be individuate fastly with our project that evaluated the incorporation of GAI technology from Fujitsu (Deep Tensor) into an existing rules-based credit card fraud detection application developed by LARUS.

Another appointment you don’t wanna miss it’s the Milan Fintech Summit, held on the 4th and 5th of October, both online and offline, with conferences and workshops from companies having an impact in the Fintech world, the future of innovation in financial services.

During our session, a 30-mins workshop, our Chief Scientist Alberto De Lazzari will showcase our innovative new composite AI based solution that combines graph-rule-based with graph-supervised-learning coupled with explainability to address this problem. He will then show how to combine this approach to existing solutions. Galileo XAI, incorporating Fujitsu Deep Tensor, improves accuracy and speeds up the fraud detection process.
