Character Development System
There are three ways to develop your character in “De:Lithe Last Memories”.
- Level Up
- Rarity up (awakening)
- Training in the build mode
1. Level Up
Leveling up raises the status of the character you control in the build mode.
The character’s status increased in Level Up is the basis for training in Build Mode, which will be described later, so Level Up is very important for creating a strong character.
Items and Klons required for leveling up can be obtained by defeating enemies or purchased at the store..
2. Rarity Upgrade (Awakening)
When three identical characters of the same rarity are collected, they can be awakened.
By awakening, the character’s rarity will increase, the maximum level will rise, and the character will gain skills corresponding to the rarity.
Collecting three R1 characters will make them R2, collecting three R2 characters will make them R3, and so on.
In “De:Lithe Last Memories,” you cannot obtain characters higher in rarity than R4 from the gacha or the shop, so you must awaken characters repeatedly to obtain R5 and R6 characters.
In addition, the system for further awakening from R4 becomes more complicated.
3. Training in the Build Mode
DOLLs that have been leveled up and had their rarity increased can be played in a battle mode called ‘Build Mode’, and characters are developed in this Build Mode with their own unique personalities.
Defeating monsters and leveling up in Build Mode allows you to acquire one skill from a randomly selected pool of three skills. Skills mainly consist of “Active Skills” and “Passive Skills.” Acquiring an Active Skill allows you to learn a special move, while acquiring a Passive Skill increases stats or resistances.
After clearing a stage in Build Mode, the character’s stats and acquired skills at that time are saved as a “Master DOLL.”
Since the Master DOLL retains its level and stats, you can take a well-developed Master DOLL to other dungeons. You can also specialize the skills and stats of Master DOLLs to conquer specific dungeons, allowing for various uses of the same character.
