Luz Gonzalez, Founder and CEO at Konviv is joining our Outreach committee.

Luz’s Bio:

All my life I have been obsessed with scaling social impact at an international scale. My immigrant experience, as well as my intimate understanding of the trying financial circumstances in my youth, led to me having an obsession with global social impact, and more specifically, global financial empowerment. My focus on impact has guided everything I’ve done professionally — from my undergraduate studies at Cal, serving as a court monitor for the Charles Taylor case in the Hague, serving for Teach For America, attending Berkeley Law School, my entry into tech as an early employee in an EdTech startup, and currently, my work leading Konviv. I regard my work at Konviv as the culmination of all my previous endeavors, and see it as my life’s work.

I also do consulting as a lifestyle and mindset high-performance coach, working with people who want to step up and push themselves to live life in a way that feels in alignment with the vision of life that they have for themselves. So many people settle for lives that aren’t really of their choosing, and they end up feeling resentful and feeling disappointed that they didn’t show up for their own dreams and goals. I work with clients to help them clarify the vision they have for themselves, based on solid foundations that are values-based in terms of what is truly important to my client, and then we work together to build accountability systems and make sure they are making giant strides towards reaching their objective.

It was wonderful collaborating with the Latinos in Finance organization, big thanks to Hector Martinez for his hard work and dedication in making this event possible.
