There are many open positions in start-ups and innovative companies in Brazil and in other countries. In the case of Brazilians, they are organizations that are growing (a lot) despite the crisis.

Cubo gathers many of the open positions in the main startups in Brazil. See the vacancies in the startups here.

Another place of entrepreneurship and innovation that needs to be known is Wayra Brasil. The startups accelerator of the Telefónica Group also makes available its vacancies and the startups it supports. It is well worth knowing not only the vacancies, but the startups. There’s a lot of innovation here!

If you are interested in working in an innovative company that is already a little more consolidated, you need to know the work of Endeavor Brasil, an international non-governmental organization of entrepreneurship, and the companies it supports. Recently, Endeavor has created a page where it makes available the open positions in Endeavor Companies. In addition to working in a fast-growing innovative company, you will have the opportunity to work together with an entrepreneur who is among the best in the world.

Even if you are looking for vacancies in startups or innovative companies in Brazil, it is worthwhile to invest some time looking at the companies that offer the vacancies in Workable, a very interesting startup that manages vacancies. The problem for those looking for a job is, paradoxically, to find the vacancies since Workable offers solutions for the contractor and not for the candidate. But using Google Advanced Search you can find a list of available vacancies. See them at this link.

Here’s a tip: you may have never heard of a startup that offers Workable (or even Cubo, Endeavor, and others mentioned here), but do a quick search on the internet and you’re likely to be surprised by the company’s performance.

One of Workable’s competitors is Recruitee. Great “startups” like Movile advertise here.

And if you do not find any vacancies that you like or can apply, there’s Glassdoor, that was left to the end because they say they have more than 30,000 job positions available in Brazil in incredible companies like Facebook, Salesforce or Oracle. See the vacancies here.
