Join LaunchGarden’s Incentivized Community Testnet!
Happy New Year, Gardeners! To start 2023 off with a bang, we’re inviting you to help make LaunchGarden’s release as successful as possible by joining our community incentivized testing campaign! You’ll get to play with the launchpad just like a core team member while earning rewards for alerting us to any legitimate problems.
Our LaunchGarden test website consists of two parts, the admin and user sites, which you’ll need to use in order to properly evaluate the platform.
Although incentivized testnets are common in the crypto space, we’re confident that not many of our community members have been given the chance to look under the hood of a unique crypto launchpad, much less tinker with the parts. For the first time, you can become a launchpad operator and create your own test tokens, learning how LaunchGarden functions while preparing yourself for the mainnet launch (TBD).
What’s the Testnet Reward?
As a bug bounty, you’ll receive 200 $GRDN tokens for every successful new bug submission. We’ll post a list of discovered bugs to streamline the process; you can’t claim a bounty if it’s already been recorded. Once you’ve found an unrecognized error, issue or problem, describe it in a Google form and provide a screenshot to support it. If yours qualifies, we’ll contact you via Discord and send your share of $GRDN tokens after the mainnet launch. (Remember, you won’t be rewarded simply for testing the launchpad, then providing user feedback like pros, cons and suggestions on Discord or Twitter so, airdrop hunters, beware.)
How to Join the LaunchGarden Testnet Campaign
Fill out this LaunchGarden Community Testing Registration Form by submitting your Discord ID, MetaMask wallet address, and Telegram handle (optional) to become a LaunchGarden testnet operator. We’ll accept all applications by default; you only need to join LaunchGarden’s Discord server and possess the willingness to thoroughly test and critique the platform.
All participants will be added to a private Discord channel where you’ll have first access to the LG testnet. Here we’ll organize virtual meetings and tutorial workshops prior to the testnet’s launch, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience.
When Does the LaunchGarden Testnet Begin?
We’re currently running the community testing campaign internally to iron out a few kinks before we hand it off to you. There’s no start date set just yet, but we’ll post the day and time on LG’s social media when planted (roughly a couple of weeks). Join and you won’t miss it or other LaunchGarden testnet-related updates!
