WASSUP EXPERIENCES

Time : 3 am
Location : Wassup Bengaluru plant
Situation : Discovered at 12 midnight, a linen sabotage operation by one of the supervisors at our unit to ensure that we loose our key account — Taj in blr.
Reaction : Myself, 4 workers and 2 managers launder the entire set of Taj linen from 12 and it may go on till 6 am to ensure that we ship out fresh linen by 7 am to the hotel.
Thanks to a passionate team lead by Viji Hareesh and Arjun we will save ourselves from loosing Taj and our name.
Lesson : Good leaders always donot hesitate to get their hands dirty to get the work done when it is required.
