The Tribes Are Splitting And Integrity Is The Cause…

Originally, had intentions to write about a current dream I had a couple of days ago and had to do with recruitment in businesses in particular online marketing (Direct Sales)
However things changed up a bit within energies and although I will write about it not sure if that will be my focus now but let’s see how it goes… I’m just writing and see where it takes us. Just following my intuition ❤

The aim in writing blog was to bring awareness on the lack of Latino actors in Hollywood and how technology is changing the game when it comes to fascinating audiences.
Same day DSA’s Diversity and Empowerment Council hosted a briefing “Direct Selling: “Providing Growth and Opportunity for Hispanic Americans” on Capitol Hill with fascinating astronomical statistics how Latinos contribute to our economy and percentage of Latinos in businesses in Direct Sales.

I didn’t find it a coincidence the event propelled illumination from not only Leaders but other’s gaining insight into the startling number of power spenders Latinos have become today. We are a force to be reckon with when it comes to growing numbers of population and surpassing all other races…
And so not to get too specific with my dream as it’s only a dream I was able to see unethical stuff from tactics in recruitment that are old-school and being used off-line to attract Latinas. I was one of them however what these recruiters are not aware is that I have 5 years experience in the industry and fully awaken
Laura’s goal is to spread awareness in hope it can save any young millennial whether Latina or not but believe the target here is young Latinas.
What to look for when your being recruited:
- Ask for website of company
- Don’t meet them in private, in public coffee shop only
- Search for recruiter’s social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
Avon is a pretty old company and what they sell is make-up lipsticks in particular which is a trend with young females. Rather than meeting men to talk about AVON you can check out their website online and sign up from there… not judging race however if they seem middle eastern I’d take a second look at reason they would be persistent and reasons for being a target prior to signing up…
If it talks like a duck, walks like a duck it’s a duck.
Social media has been instrumental when it comes to recruitment for ISIS and there are savvy internet marketers that know how to attract females. Where they lose is that when recruiting off-line it’s men doing the recruiting and not the females and coming from an experienced network marketer we know when people are being genuine.
You need to do your own detective work. As a matter of fact the energies right now is being lit up so be aware, there is undeniable evidence, be observant it’s a very private investigation energy (mercury in virgo just entered on the 25th and departs August 31st) it’s how we communicate. It analyzes and criticizes with great sureness.
And so to take it to another level let’s talk about one of my favorite subjects which is:
Integrity v’s non-integrity where secrets are being revealed and coming to light.
PEOPLE THE TRIBES ARE SPLITTING!!!
When I say the tribes are splitting it means groups, associations, squads are breaking apart due to integrity. What was once tight and together is now being split.
To back up these facts you will need to be aware of the energies around… We have Leo Sun and Mars in Leo which means courage, drama, grandiose, fascination, illumination, shine, bright lights, go big or go home…
We are experiencing Pluto (death and transformation) in Capricorn which is a business sign moving backwards or what in scientific terms called “retrograde” and when a planet moves back it’s asking us to think, analyze, make right, correct it, kill it so when it moves forward after Sept we can move forward and so this is why many are losing jobs, doing corrupt thingy-majigers, acting out of integrity and Capricorn which is ruled by Saturn the teacher is saying with the finger “no-no-no!” and pluto will end it.
Right now it’s a HUGE WAKE-UP CALL who we are and what we bring into the world. If you are not acting out of integrity in who you are people will see right through and base decisions should they remain in the tribe.
If you were hiding something before July 10th the truth is out there and more than one person knows about it. 7/10 was your deadline to make it work.
Lots of regret why tribes are splitting.
You have shown them lack of carelessness and:
~ No integrity
~ No self-control
~ No respect for them
PEOPLE ARE WAKING UP!!!

What did I cause?
Looking at business partnerships and love partnerships in particular. If you’ve been living in the highest integrity it is good if not and you’ve been wanting to retain control … Holy Toledo! Oooh-Emmm-G!
You will get called out! Too late! Everybody knows!

Stay in your integrity the week of August 3rd as people will get caught and it will affect their identity. Evil and dark energies will be uncovered in money and big business cover-ups Aug 4th.
Just be mindful of these potent energies…
There is karmic retribution for those wearing masks and so it’s best to find your tribe one with unconditional love that accepts you and walks in integrity and honesty with you. We can’t always be truthful in everything. Not expecting people to be perfect as I am not perfect myself however there is a line crossed when it comes to boundaries and when the crossing has gone too far! Some feel invisible and think they will never be found out… WRONG!
Aug 15th has to do with security and home when pluto is here. It’s deep dark stuff relating to the home. The depths of the underworld with status and career. I’d check any water pipes, lighting fixtures etc…
Aug 21st is the solar eclipse when it’s dark and there is no light in courage and being proud. You need to identify yourself so you can be YOU! This is why knowing your strengths and weaknesses is important as when the eclipse arrives you can show up as your true self.

In the middle of August people will experience manic depression, suicide thoughts due to choosing the easy way out. Your mind will need to be strong as the energies will be tough especially if you are weak-minded. I’d avoid alcohol and drugs as it can make you delusional and use it as an easy cop-out
Aug 22nd the day after the eclipse the energy continues with truth, integrity, following the rules. In fascination it’s TRUST. Doing the right thing when nobody is looking. One of the hardest personality traits there is for many but not for others. I can tell you for me it’s not hard as I was raised soo old-school by parents that are both earth signs and tough while I was growing up.
Dad is a virgo. Mom a taurus and sister a capricorn. Lots of grounded energy and I’m a taurus (trust) rising and capricorn (prestige) in mars (business, sex and action)
In fascination TRUST is stable in chaotic situations. It’s dependable no matter what and follows through exactly as promised. It’s familiar (family ties) It’s comforting like hot cocoa and warm melting goooey chocolate chip cookies out of the oven. It’s predictable with patterns and strategies.
It’s being authentic, consistent, repeating and re-telling.
I tried lying on occasion to my sister when I was younger and I just couldn’t do it! One look at my eyes and she would detect lying! Tried dating two guys in one day at different hours in my early 20’s and got caught! I just really suck at it! Plus I hear if you wiggle your nose or touch it… your lying … your lying! ha! (tactic I used to know when people were lying to me)
And so after the 22nd of August if you are not acting out of integrity and transparency black lilith moon in Saggitarius will knock you out of your chair while breaking your teeth! For those that don’t know who BL is she is a moon that is not very chipper! She brings fairness and resolution as it’s in the philosophical archer! She is angry! She is bold, fierce and she is pissed off as something will be known! I would say she is a feminist. She is the moon that got passed down for a role passed to a male actor and got paid triple times more money that what was offered to her and starting ruckus!
I’m hearing the song “It wasn’t me” by Shaggy … Old school but proving a point what the energy will be like… Check it out!
July 24th — It’s over! It’s already out there! And you could face great loss and get caught red-handed like this racoon!
And so the reason for this long blog is because I couldn’t contain all these planet tracking aspects and it was of the upmost importance to share it to my audience whether you believe in science or not. Science can’t lie! Planets can’t lie! Energies can’t lie!
We will have some good aspects with degrees in between however wanted to focus on some dates that were passed to me and now I am sharing it with those who trust in my writings and content :)
It’s not for everyone and those that don’t believe well… carry on and don’t fall asleep. Self-awareness is everything and I am your alarm bell! Ding Ding! Ding!
