At Least it is Something

A short poem because it’s all I feel like writing.

I do not feel like writing at all

A cold is setting in and I have a cough

But I committed to a post a day this month

So here’s a short poem which I’ll send off

I know it’ll earn me little of anything

But at least it is something I must say

Better than nothing, I’m sure it’s true

I hope tomorrow is a better day
